Refund policy
I am unable to offer exchanges or refunds in the following cases:
- if the artwork was on sale at the time of your purchase
- if the artwork is damaged after safe delivery
- if the artwork is returned 14 days after safe delivery
- if your piece was a custom commission - all commission sales are final
I have a 14-day return policy in case of damage during shipment, which means you have up to 14 days after delivery of your damaged item to request a return.
If the artwork is damaged during shipping please contact me at meeraalulart@gmail.com immediately with photos and details about the damage. You need to contact me within two weeks of the artwork's arrival and you may choose a new piece of similar value or a full refund (excluding shipping charges).
